We are looking for support engineers with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in software development to act as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support for the developers of one of our major IT clients.This is a growing, high-visibility team that provides support for developers. Though coding experience is not mandatory, we are looking for someone who can understand SDLC processes, especially in a company that ships software in an agile way with prior customer-service experience.

Daily Schedule: 40 hrs/week with flexible shifts and some remote work

Standard work week is M-F
